Andrea gave our members a comprehensive walkthrough of the M&A process: from the strategic rationale behind transactions, through preparation and buyer outreach, all the way to due diligence, negotiations and closing. The session also covered valuation in practice, including DCF analysis, trading comps and precedent transactions, and how these methods translate into actual pricing dynamics. To bring it all to life, we worked through a number of case studies covering the M&A process to apply it to real cases.
